About the Facilitator

His work focuses on identity, direction and how human value is changing in the Age of Technological Convergence.
Rather than teaching tactics alone, he works with the underlying patterns that shape how people think, decide, position themselves and build.

This is not a lecture or conventional workshop. The retreat is structured around guided sessions, reflection, applied thinking and conversation. You will examine your own patterns and decisions in relation to the position you are building.
Is this suitable if I am already doing well?

Will specific tools or frameworks be taught?
There will be structure throughout the retreat, but the core focus is not on tools. It is on how you think, decide and position yourself in a world changing faster than most people realise.
Why is the retreat limited to 12 participants?
Because the work requires depth, attention and room for real engagement. A smaller group allows for a more precise and meaningful experience.
